Little d is not responsible for delayed shipping in the event of mistyped addresses during checkout, inclement weather, or other circumstances not under the control of Little d.
Shipping costs include handling charges and are based on the dollar amount of the final order. Rates are as follows:

SALES TAX:
To abide by State Law Little d must charge sales tax for orders with a "Ship To" address in California or Nevada. These charges will automatically be calculated into your total during the checkout process. Sales tax will not apply to Gift Certificate purchases.
RETURN POLICY:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number MUST be obtained and original UPC code (if applicable) must be intact for any returns!
Products received in damaged condition are subject to manufacturer's warranty. Custom ordered items cannot be returned. If an order is received damaged, and is not covered by a manufacturers warranty, please contact us to obtain an RMA number (see below) and the product will be exchanged for the same product.
Non-damaged returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the condition of goods and packaging material are not 100% complete and in re-sale condition we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

For an RMA number please call Customer Service at 888-LD-BABY1 (888-532-2291) Option 3 or email customerservice@littledbaby.com . Be sure to include the order number, item number, description of product, and reason for RMA request in your correspondence. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or original box. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service Insured. Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
