The Designers' Notes:
Martin is one strong youngster. Sporty, but not in-your-face, Martin has a couple of different layers to his personality. He’s a risk-taker and on-the-go, so bumps and bruises are not uncommon. In fact, Martin’s mom is always telling him to be careful and watch where he’s going.
Watching Martin play, we were moved to create a tennis shoe that protects while still allowing for more than a little fun. Martin’s easy single Velcro closure and all-leather construction are topped off with a practical sole that shelters the toe cap from the scratches that are sure to come from a full day of recreation. Its two layers of leather contrast nicely, and its design offers something different from the typical stripe.
